My coaching for organisations focuses on how teams can become closer and how leaders can engage effectively with their staff. During a bespoke coaching programme, we work together to improve working relationships, and, ultimately, productivity.

My coaching relies on the core principles of "systemic coaching" in which every individual has a role to play in the health and success of a team.

I offer the chance to take a breath, to take a step back from daily work and examine the effects of change.

For professionals and executives looking to move onwards and upwards within organisations, we work to boost confidence, resilience and assertiveness, while helping you look after yourselves and keep in touch with real life.
